Keerthi

This beauty right here is Keerthi. She reached out to me after finding me on Facebook needing to have some photos done to complete her matchmaking profile. She knew exactly what she was looking for, what she needed, and what she liked. Check, check, and triple check!! I love a client that can come to me with a vision already in place.

The day of the session was not without it’s complications, the biggest of which was the 106 degree temperature at sunset. Keerthi had 3 outfits that she wanted to be photographed in and while I have a portable changing room, that temp doesn’t make it easy to wriggle in and out of anything more than a bathing suit. Each time she came out I had the water bottle in one hand and the oil blotting sheets in another. A quick refresh and reset and we got back at it.

We met at the Tempe Papago Park, not the be confused with the Papago Park near the Zoo. They are literally named the same thing and are only 2 miles apart from one another. You’d think city planners would have made it less confusing!!! But I digress. What I loved about this location was that it had so many different backgrounds to use.

She rocked our entire time together!

I shared with her that I have a very special place in my heart for matchmaking. My in-laws were matched by family and if not for that then my husband wouldn’t be here. There’s more than one way to find a partner in life and being able to discuss with someone why they have chosen what they have is a gift in itself.

So Keerthi, thank you for allowing me to work with you and the opportunity to listen to you. Love match or Matchmaker Match or otherwise, marriage is not only challenging but beautiful and refining. I pray you go through this process with open hands and a receptive heart. I can’t wait to hear how it all goes!
