At the beginning of each new year I make certain resolutions. Yup, I’m still a sucker for this time honored tradition. I confess, I still vow to lose weight / get healthy I vow to be a more attentive and patient parent, and so many other classic resolutions that I’m sure many of you make as well. I may not stick to all of these, you know, start off strong and then things peter out, but there is one resolution that I carry out every year that actually gets done. Every year I update my child’s photo on the wall with a new Fine Art Mini Portrait. NO…not a school picture…those are bland and so uncreative. I put actual art of my kids on the wall that reflects their personality, growth, and character…something a school picture just does not accomplish.
A child can change so much just from one year to the next year.
